Besides being a happily married couple for the past 10 years, we both successfully grew our knowledge and business together. Now it is time to share that knowledge with the public and help others to grow their businesses.
Klaus’ Story:
In the very beginning, Klaus started as a Junior Manager in an online marketing business in Cape Town, South Africa. The young start-up invested a lot of time and money in a new business idea on the other side of the world, but failed big time. After many nerve wrecking attempts to grow the business, they actually had to close it down. But instead of giving up and becoming a regular employee in a big Corporate, Klaus decided to keep going. He stood up, ticked the failed project off as learning experience and moved on to create his own online business.
He is now the owner of two Shopify eCommerce stores and successfully sells various products around the world. When things started to pick up, help was much needed!
Judith’ Story:
With the increasing success of the online stores, so did the workload! This was beyond a one-man show and Klaus needed help! So Judith stepped in and took over the administrative management of the business. Customer support, Order Fulfillment, Copywriting and product research became her DNA. But we needed to focus more on the business development at a higher level, so finding staff to support us was essential. Judith is now managing a team of Virtual Assistants who take care of the more regular tasks of the business while Judith learns more and more about the Facebook back-end. Over the years, Judith learned new things about Facebook, Instagram and Co. on a daily basis until she eventually became an expert herself.
